Refunds

If you are unable to attend a session, or would like to cancel for any reason please let us know, and you be offered full refund anything up to 24 hours before the start of your session. If it less than 24 hours, please contact us, a future credit may be issued at the discretion of the owner. 

 

Rules of play

As much as we want Hello Friends to be a relaxed environment for all where you don't need to worry, I do ask that parents are aware that their children are respecting our toys, equipment and books and the space around them and I also ask that parents remain aware that children are also respectful of the other children and adults around them.

In the unlikely event that a parent or child is behaving inappropriately towards other visitors or staff, we remain the right to ask you to leave the venue at any given time. If this should ever happen a refund would not be given. 

 

Health and safety

Allergies- At time of booking there will be an option to let us know of any known allergies. All precautions will be taken to ensure no cross contamination will take place. We will also let all visitors in that session know of any other visitors known allergies. We can not take responsibility if we are not made aware of any allergies before your session. It will be parents responsibility to make sure that all food and drink stays at their table and not taken into the play space. 

 

Damages

any accidental damage to anything within hello friends will be seen as such and no action will be taken.

In the event of any deliberate damage we reserve the right to request the damages are covered by the responsible adult, in the event of a dispute we reserve the right to refuse all future visits to Hello Friends. 

 

Pictures and Videos

Please take as many pictures and videos as you want and also feel free to tag us in anything you put up online but please only take pictures of the children you are with and try where possible not to take pictures of any other children to respect their privacy.
