Parking is available along the quay or any known place in town will be within walking distance to the venue.There is parking available behind Marriots but this is limited. All parking around the area is pay and display.

The easiest way of arriving to the building is from the quayside. Enter the doors down to the ramp to Cobbles tea room and enter a waiting area. Avoid arriving too early as it is not a big space. The main door to hello friends will be opened by myself 5-10 minutes before the session. This will allow you to park your buggy and make your way upstairs. If any help is required getting things upstairs please let us know beforehand and we will be happy to help.

1 hour and 45 minutes of fun in our 3 beautiful playrooms. Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch items are available at an additional cost.

We are proud of the beautiful and intimate space we have created for families, and all sessions are capped to accomodate less than 10 children.

with the space being capped to a limited number of children per session, it will never feel overwhelming. If at any point your child needs a safe space away from others we have two other separate quiet rooms available for a little time out with their adult.

The space is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly. Anyone that requires any help with carrying bags, children or even help with yourself getting up the stairs, please let us know before your session and we will be happy to help to make it as easy as possible to get upstairs.

We know how important it is to keep your Children safe from foods that cause allergic reactions. There will be an option for you at booking to let us know before your session if there are any allergies we should know about and we will adhere to all protocols to avoid any cross contamination and make sure everyone in the session knows about any allergies in the room. We will take this incredibly seriously.

Yes , unlike a creche where you can leave them this will be a stay and play where adults will stay with children to supervise them.
